Most of them seem to spend all their time developing the analytical capability and forgetting to make them user-friendly, which is why I've been so delighted with this scale.

These scales make it simple to track not just your weight but a also body water, body fat, bone, BMI, visceral fat, BMR and muscle mass, which makes it far easier to work out what you're doing wrong or right on your weight loss journey, and takes some of the mystery out of those weeks when the scales just don't reflect how much effort you've put into your diet.
This scale is accurate and consistent, unlike other scales I’ve tried (and returned).
Overall, this is absolutely fantastic scale.
